Following the huge success of the Kinetic Recruitment Defence Salary Survey, the 2009 edition was officially launched at this year’s Avalon Airshow.
This years has expanded to include a broader range of specialisations in the Defence industries broken down state by state ensuring information can be obtained that is geographically specific.
Over the past two years salaries in the Defence sector have seen an average increased of 4.34% across the country, as well as further signs of an ageing workforce. Salaries quoted reflect those actually being paid or offered by employers over the past 12 months.
