TEAM ASSISTANT TEMP - PERM ENGINEERING SERVICES NORTH RYDE $40-45k + Super -IMMEDIATE START Excellent opportunity for a capable individual who is looking to work as a Team Assistant in this friendly and successful global organisation. This opportunity is not to be missed and will be given to a smart and bright individual with initiative and high attention to detail. $40,000 - $45,000 + super Market leader in engineering services North Ryde location Your responsibilities will include: - Providing administrative support in the North Ryde offices and liaising with external employees while delivering excellent customer service, accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate company leased vehicles, computers, mobile phones and ensuring expense claims are complete
- General administration duties, arranging stationery orders, distributing new starter packs, manage Customer Satisfaction Survey s and general office support, ensuring the working environment is clean and organised.
- Answering incoming calls and directing calls appropriately
- Meet and greet visitors and ensure the meeting rooms are maintained in a clean and tidy state
To be considered for this position, you will have: - Previous experience in an administrative role preferably within a corporate and busy environment
- Demonstrated experience liaising with clients, booking appointments and travel
- Comprehension of the importance of coordinating diligently, speedily and acurately
- Articulate and bright individual who thrives in a busy environment and capable of handling multiple duties
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office
- Suitable for a professional with recent experience as a receptionist or team assistant
