Where a candidate is referred for a permanent or contract position, Kinetic Recruitment will reward the referrer with a $250 visa voucher (the ‘referral fee’), subject to the below terms and conditions.
Terms and Conditions
- A referral fee will only be paid whereby a candidate indicates they were referred by a specific individual upon initial contact with Kinetic Recruitment OR the referrer provides the contact details of the referred candidate directly to Kinetic Recruitment.
- If the candidate’s details already exist on the Kinetic Recruitment database the referral fee scheme will not apply.
- The candidate referred must be placed into a permanent or contract full time position by Kinetic Recruitment.
- The referred candidate must remain employed for at least 3 months and one day.
- The referral fee will only be paid when the minimum term outlined in condition 2 is met.
- The company who has employed the referred candidate must have paid Kinetic Recruitment all fees and invoices related to this placement. Kinetic Recruitment is not required to pay the referral fee until the employer’s payment is made.
- Where the candidate is referred by more than one party, only one referral fee will be paid. This will be paid to the referrer who contacts Kinetic Recruitment first to claim the referral fee.
- It is the responsibility of the referrer to contact Kinetic Recruitment to claim the referral fee.
- The referrer must notify Kinetic Recruitment of their intention to claim the referral fee within four weeks of the candidate beginning employment.
- The payment of any referral fees is at the sole discretion of Kinetic Recruitment.
