Security Cleared Document Controller – Immediately Available
The Challenge: We were assigned the task of filing an immediate Technical Documentation & Library Assistance position located at a NSW naval base. The applicant had to have current Secret Defence Security Clearance, 3-5 years proven Technical Lead Document Control & Librarian experience from within Defence or Engineering sectors, along with possessing advanced IT knowledge.
The Plan:  The position was advertised straight away but due to the immediate nature of this roll we focused on generating applicants through searching our in-house database for Security Cleared candidates who ticked all of the boxes and were currently available.
The Result:  We were able to provide an exceptional candidate who fulfilled the criteria and has delivered an outstanding supporting function that is second to none. As a result they are now looking to promote the candidate into a new management role and have asked for Kinetics assistance in filling this position again.
