Multiple Civil Project Managers for regional NSW
The Challenge:  We were tasked by a significant road organisation in NSW to find a number of civil engineers for Project Management roles that had been vacant for some months located in regional NSW.         
The Plan:  Given the specific nature and high demand of their skill-sets we undertook a targeted networking, referral, recommendation, advertising and database campaign throughout Australia. We partnered closely with this client throughout to ensure a complete service and thoroughly supportive role in finding these candidates.
The Result:  The above strategy developed a comprehensive breakdown of the current candidate market for our client, and through extensive networking and promotion we were ultimately able to provide four successful candidates to these positions.
