Security Cleared Network Manager
The Challenge:  Our client, asked us to find a Network Manager with OpenView skills who had a current Secret Clearance to be based in Canberra.  There is a significant shortage of candidate’s with sound OpenView skills.
The Plan:  We used our contacts, networking and affiliations within the Defence Industry.
The Result:  We were able to track down an ex-Army operative who had significant experience in networking with OpenView skills.  This professional had previously attended a resettlement seminar that we had attended and had asked a number of questions about work in the commercial sector across his specialisation. We made contact with the individual and he was offered the role to start as soon as he completed his Army assignment.  He continues to work with our client today!
