Top Secret Positive Vetted (TSPV) Security Cleared Candidate for Alice Springs
The Challenge:  We were asked to find a Specialist Communications Systems Project Manager with a TSPV Clearance.  Across Australia, there is a significant shortage of people with TSPV Clearance, and finding people who would be available, with the right experience, with the Clearance and who were happy to work in Alice Springs was definitely going to be a challenge. 
The Plan:  We embarked on a thoroughly calculated campaign of networking, advertising and mailshots Australia-wide.
The Result:  We were able to put together a shortlist of four suitable professionals with TSPV skills who would work in Alice Springs! Through a great deal of research, investigation and networking, we were able to convert not just one but two of the individuals on the shortlist into successful placements for our client!
