TS Security Cleared Professionals for an SOE Roll-Out Project
The Challenge:  We were assigned the task of delivering TS (Top Secret) Security Cleared professionals for an SOE roll out.  The task had many challenges: we needed to find people with this high level of Clearance, who were willing to work in such a remote location, and who were willing to work some very out-of-the-ordinary hours across short-term bursts of durations!
The Plan:  We decided what we were really looking for was TS Security Cleared personnel who were either in-between full-time employment, in between contracts, who were Defence Force personnel keen to earn extra money after-hours, or who were Defence Force Reservists keen to gain further Defence experience after hours.  Because most of the interest derived from individuals keen to earn the extra income after hours, we focused on generating applicants through referrals and searching for TS Security Cleared candidates with lower incomes.  We managed a database mailer sent to all appropriately Cleared personnel on our in-house database and inside our networks.  We also initiated contact with Resettlement Officers and Defence Reserve Posting Officers nationally to advertise the positions.
The Result:  We were able to deliver over 15 personnel to work across seven sites all working these unusual and inflexible hours.  The result of their work was a project delivered on time and without interruption to the business.
